Hello Skiwolves!

While Spring Break might seem like a distant dream amidst the current season, it’s never too early to get excited about our next epic adventure. For only $1209.01 USD, you’ll have the chance to be amongst the 16 lucky Skiwolves to join us at the breathtaking Palisades Tahoe Resort for Spring Break.

Equipment Rental:

For rentals, the most convenient option is at the resort. There are other rental shops in the area with cheaper rates, but keep in mind that you must be able to use the public transit local to our hotel. If you rent from elsewhere it is your responsibility to pick up and return your gear, so please check transit options beforehand. Ski pants and jackets can be rented through us for about $5 per day for each piece. To arrange rentals, email us at sbuskiclub@gmail.com after your ticket purchase.
Helmets are required on trips, but we do not rent these because of liability concerns. If you do not have one you must purchase or rent one.

Important Ski Pass Information:

For the IKON Pass holders among us, you're in for a treat! Tahoe is part of the IKON network, so this is the perfect chance to maximize your pass and experience the snowy glory of Tahoe's famed slopes. Though we are doing seven days, you only need the BASE pass, as Tahoe has unlimited access!

Please note that the IKON pass is not included in the trip cost. It's crucial you either have an IKON pass or purchase lift tickets directly from Palisades Tahoe. For those needing to buy the IKON pass here’s the link to request a student discount code. You must request a code by November 25th.

Pricing Details:

      What Your Payment Covers:

  • Flights: Roundtrip flights including your ski bag luggage.

  • Hotel Stay

  • Transit: All public transportation in Tahoe, and a bus service between the airport and the hotel for our arrival and departure.

      What It Does NOT Cover:

  • Ikon Pass/Lift Tickets: Must be obtained by 11/25/23 if you don't already have one. You can also purchase directly from Palisades Tahoe (the price of lift tickets exceeds the pass cost, so we highly discourage this.)

  • Food: Plan to budget separately for meals.

  • Gear: Any rentals or purchases are your responsibility.

  • Travel to JFK: Coordinate a carpool with fellow Skiwolves or take the train from the LIRR to JFK - no car or Uber is necessary.

      Pricing Breakdown & Info:  1,209.01 USD

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot. We included this fee to cover any unexpected expenses that may arise.  Any use of these funds will be communicated via a detailed email breakdown. 

  • Payment 1: 710.50 USD by 12/9/2023

  • Payment 2: 348.51 USD by 2/9/2024

  • Refunds: We intend to refund any and all unused funds from the deposit after the trip. Any payment made, including the deposit, is not refundable at any point if you cancel before the trip date. 

  • Payment Methods: The deposit can be paid through our website store, while the remaining payments can be made using Cash, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo to avoid additional fees. Those requiring a website payment for the remaining amount will incur a fee of approximately 5% imposed by our website. Details regarding payment options will be sent via email once the trip fills. 

  • Coordination: If you need to pay in cash, please notify us in advance to arrange the collection of your payment.
