After a record 74 signups for our Belleayre trip, we're ready to hit the slopes again!

We'll be heading to Mountain Creek, New Jersey on Saturday, February 10th for a day of fun in the Garden State. Mountain Creek's powerful snowmaking system should ensure some great conditions on trails for all abilities.

If you're a first time skier or rider, this is another great trip for you! Beginner packages are available which provide a lower mountain lift ticket (with access to gentler terrain), equipment rentals and a group lesson lasting roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. For those without adequate gear, the club is offers waterproof and insulated jacket and snowpant rentals, as well as helmet rentals, all for a nominal charge. Keeping warm and dry is an essential part of enjoying a day on the slopes, especially for only a few bucks.

We'll be leaving campus at 6:15am after meeting at the SAC Loop at 6:00am. As usual, we'll be stopping for breakfast on the way, having lunch at the mountain and stopping for dinner on the way back to campus. Expect to return to Stony Brook around 9pm.

Pricing for the trip is as follows:

$39 for a lift ticket and transportation.
$79 for a beginner package, which includes a lower mountain lift ticket, rental equipment (skis/snowboard, boots, poles) and a group lesson
$89 for an all-access package, which includes an all-mountain lift ticket, rental equipment and a group lesson.

Rental equipment and lessons are also available separately:
Rental equipment adds $35.
Group lesson adds $29.

Grad Student, Alumni and Non-Student pricing adds $17, since we aren't able to apply USG funding to non-undergrads
